Fluorescent observation

Fluorescent observation is a method of acquiring the fluorescent light emitted after the light energy is absorbed when a fluorescent substance in the specimen is irradiated with light of a specific wavelength. The targets of fluorescent observation are specimens containing a fluorescent substance (fluorescent stained cells, etc.).
