machine learning

Machine learning is a technology that, at its core, enables computers to learn and analyze. An artificial intelligence (AI) program can be used to iteratively analyze sample data and identify key sample characteristics for informing predictions made when analyzing unfamiliar data. Two of the main categories of machine learning are supervised learning and unsupervised learning.
In supervised learning, a learning model is configured using input data for which correct output data is also provided. The learning model is then used to predict or judge outputs from new data.
Unsupervised learning is a method of learning characteristic rules from input data and providing output data, but without ever having been provided the correct output data when creating the learning model.
