Nikon Corporation (Nikon) has developed the Digital Sight 100 digital camera for microscopes, and will launch sales on January 9, 2026, through Nikon Solutions Co., Ltd.

The Digital Sight 100 can be used in combination with a variety of optical microscopes. It offers a wide field of view, high definition, and high-level color reproducibility. It also offers an efficient workflow from viewing through to recording and information sharing, through the combination with Nikon’s NIS-Elements LE software. The Digital Sight 100 is expected to be used in a wide range of fields, including educational domains, research centers, and clinical sites.
